On October 6, 2015, the European Court of Justice has invalidated the EU-US Safe Harbor Framework. Consequently, this Framework does not provide a valid legal basis for transfers of personal data from Europe to the US. We continue to comply with the previous Safe Harbor principles and rely on other legal mechanisms for data transfers such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.
