Rover

The Rover can travel deeper than any other vehicle we have. Imagine a point in the ocean—really deep—okay, you’re imagining it? Well the Rover can dive even deeper than that.

I know, right? Awesome.

It has two retractable arms with dexterous fingers, so we can use it to pick up artifacts and other stuff from the bottom of the ocean. Or we can just wave them around and pretend that the Rover is dancing to old disco music. That never stops being funny, no matter what Fontaine says.
