Jeffrey is my fish. My wing man …. My wing-fish. He is an expert at fetching, thanks to his mysterious trainer they call “The Fish Whisperer” (That’s me. I’m the Fish Whisperer. Me, Ant Nekton).
We set up a system of tubes so that he can swim anywhere he wants in the Aronnax, just like the rest of us (thought of course, we just walk). After all, he is family.
He loves fish snacks (Secret confession time: I’ve tried them. They’re OK, not great). He does NOT like predators, which is pretty much any creature bigger than him, but I’m working on building his confidence – think like a BIG fish Jeffrey!
