No one seems to know much about Nereus … not his age or even his real identity. Nereus is a real mystery to the Nekton family, especially when he shows up to tell them something confusing and then disappears (which is pretty much every time they see him).
Though Ant finds his cryptic messages and strange personality funny sometimes, the rest of the family (Fontaine especially) aren’t sure what to think of him. After all, he claims to be a “Guardian” of Lemuria, but seems to be hiding something…
